UT has been with Edley’s from the first day we opened the doors. He has over 20 years of kitchen experience, which is obvious when you see him in action. He grew up in Texas, giving him a love and appreciation for good barbecue. He is a staple at our flagship 12th South location, and sometimes you’ll hear his radio ads on Lighting 100. When we can get him away from the restaurant, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and dogs as well as watching the Cowboys play.
