Edley’s is a small team, and we receive a great amount of philanthropy opportunities and requests for donations throughout the year. Thus to simplify the process, we have outlined the following steps we ask that you take before contacting us.
Because of the sheer size of our team, it is not always possible for us to have a team member for all requested events. Thus we ask that you notify us at least 60 day prior to your event for proper scheduling. Also, because such events have a direct impact on the awareness and perception of our business, we will consider each event independently to make sure it correctly correlates with Edley’s brand.
Before we will consider a contribution to your organization or event, we ask that you please send the information requested below in writing at least 60 days prior to the event to: Edley’s Bar-B-Que, 2706 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37204. The necessary information is as follows: date/time of event, contact person, number of people expected to attend, location, donation requested, signage opportunities, and media coverage expected. We will sit down on the 20th of each month and review each one and be in contact.
Edley’s Bar-B-Que contributes to a number of different events each year, and while we are unable to fill all requests for donations, appearances, and other philanthropic opportunities, we do have a personal mission to continue to give back to our neighbors, businesses, and organizations within the Nashville community for years to come.
