Air fried Ribs

Tender, crispy, and flavorful air fried ribs. The perfect addition to your next back-yard BBQ.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chilled Rack(s) of Edley’s Smoked Ribs

  • 1 Cup of Edley’s BBQ Sauce

  • 1 Cup of Wing Sauce

RECIPE

  1. Slice the chilled ribs into individual bones, leaving as much meat per bone as possible.

  2. Place ribs in an air fryer or on a baking sheet with wire racks if using an air fryer setting for the oven. Leave 1/2 inch of space between ribs.

  3. Air fry at 425 degrees, checking in at 8 minutes for crispiness. Continue to air fry to your desired level of crispiness

  4. While ribs are frying, combine one cup of BBQ sauce and one cup of wing sauce, to make our secret Viola Sauce. You’ll want 2 cups of sauce, per rack of ribs.

  5. Place air-fried ribs into a mixing bowl. Add sauce and toss until covered.

  6. Serve any remaining sauce with your ribs for dipping.
