PORK PANCAKES
Another fun, quick and tasty recipe from Catharine’s Kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
Your Favorite Box of Pancake Mix
1 lb. of Edley’s Smoked Pork
1 Cup of Pancake Syrup
1/2 Cup of BBQ Sauce
1 tbs. of Edley’s Hot Chicken Rub
RECIPE
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Make your pancakes as directed on the box.
Put your pork in the oven, covered. Check after 5 minutes and stir.
Mix 1 cup of pancake syrup with 1/2 cup of Edley’s BBQ sauce. OPTIONAL: add Edley’s Hot Chicken Rub to desired spice level.
Place pork into pancake taco-style, about 2 oz of pork per pancake.
Top with syrup mixture, and enjoy.
