SWINE & SWISS DIP

Another party pleasing appetizer from Catharine for game day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of Edley’s Pulled Pork

  • 1/4 Cup of Edley’s BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise

  • 1 Cup of Swiss Cheese

  • 8oz Package of Cream Cheese (Softened)

  • Favorite Crackers or Chips

  • 20 Ritz Crackers

RECIPE

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine pork and BBQ sauce in a bowl, making sure the pork is pulled apart well.

  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, softened cream cheese and Swiss cheese. Mix well.

  4. Slowly combine the pulled pork and BBQ sauce mixture into cheese mixture.

  5. Evenly spread the combined mixture into an oven safe pan or baking dish. No bigger than a 9x9.

  6. Smash the Ritz Crackers in a bag to make your topping. You can use as much or as little as you like. In Catharine’s opinion, you can never have too much.

  7. Evenly distribute the cracker crumbs on top of the dip.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the top is a light golden brown.

  9. Serve with your favorite crackers or chips for dipping.
