Roasted Butternut Squash

INGREDIENTS
Butternut Squash
Any of Edley’s Rubs (You can change up the flavor of the dish depending on which one you use)
Olive Oil
Cooking Spray
Salt & Pepper to taste
Rosemary* (optional)
RECIPE
Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees.
Cut butternut squash (or buy it pre-cut) into same size pieces, the larger they are the longer it may take to cook.
Spray your cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Evenly spread your butternut squash pieces across the cookie sheet, making sure they aren’t overlapping for more even cooking.
Drizzle the pieces with olive oil and season to taste with your choice of Edley’s rub, salt, pepper and rosemary*.
Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, use a spatula to flip pieces over and then bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
You can check with a fork to ensure the butternut squash is tender.
Serve warm & enjoy!
